DDJ 11. 无之以为用, Speak Truth to Power

第十一章 [原文]三十辐①共一毂②，当其无，有车之用③。埏埴以为器④，当其无，有器之用。凿户牖以为室⑤，当其无，有室之用。故有之以为利，无之以为用⑥。

[译文]三十根辐条汇集到一根毂中的孔洞当中，有了车毂中空的地方，才有车的作用。揉和陶土做成器皿，有了器具中空的地方，才有器皿的作用。开凿门窗建造房屋，有了门窗四壁内的空虚部分，才有房屋的作用。所以，“有”给人便利，“无”发挥了它的作用。

华人要在美国扎根，需要软件从深层的宗教，到下层的宪法，到中层的社会规则，上层的媒体，都update适合当地接口。不能update，至少应该可以观察差别，知己之不知。 美国媒体不能铺天盖地干预司法，美国司法也有宪定的人性干预的机制，陪审团。 警黑勾结美国也有，芝加哥新奥尔良典型，警察黑化也靠宪法公民执肘。  媒体煽动司法一边倒，在美国有点恶紫夺朱，越俎代庖的意思。另一方面，恶棍之死，也是重如泰山，为全国法制一课。 希望被判无期的青年挺住，不要失去希望；大不了来美国。美国欢迎勇气，欢迎信仰，欢迎真诚，欢迎不平而鸣。

这个群这一轮，是道德经与美国宪法并行。  寻找共通点。道德经非常注意用宗教哲学来“约束”executive power, 并且speak truth to power.  Constitution非常注意分权，让所有政府分支互相约束。殊途同归。

ABC的根更深更宽，他们的追求可以更高远，他们灵感的源泉可以更纯净。 美国的文化阶段性地崇尚originalism, 回归源头，不管是宗教还是法律。  美国可谓奇葩丛生，缺华夏奇葩一味，何不引而东渡？    照中国传统，无诗不为证。 华夏有奇木，千载一枯荣。 雷公打不烂，逐海入蓬莱。  冒昧抄袭白居易，自娱自乐一番。
