第五十三章
[原文]

使我①介然有知②，行于大道，唯施③是畏。大道甚夷④，而人⑤好径⑥。朝甚除⑦，田甚芜，仓甚虚，服文采，带利剑，厌饮食⑧，财货有余，是谓盗竽⑨。非道也哉！

[译文]

假如我稍微地有了认识，在大道上行走，唯一担心的是害怕走了邪路。大道虽然平坦，但人君却喜欢走邪径。朝政腐败已极，弄得农田荒芜，仓库十分空虚，而人君仍穿着锦绣的衣服，佩带着锋利的宝剑，饱餐精美的饮食，搜刮占有富余的财货，这就叫做强盗头子。这是多么无道啊！

基本上每个deal 都有多个律师配合, Trump自己也很清楚当地的地产法律，合同法，税法,金融，还有特别是城市州regulations； 每一个deal都充分的借助于税率漏洞和法规细节；谈判时间一言不合，就会威胁诉诸法庭，并有法律能力实施（姐姐是比较高级的法官，姐夫是名律师，各地各个专业床铺自己也有雇佣多个律师）。   很多商场人物传记都省略了法律律师方面的优势，转而归功于模糊的“天才”，“技术优势”，“管理思想”等概念， 他们的成功不可复制。 床铺喜欢夸张甚至有时候真真假假，但是他的夸张不同于其他商场精英道貌岸然精致化妆。 所以看他的"盗夸“自传还颇有耳目一新感。
