假如我稍微地有了认识,在大道上行走,唯一担心的是害怕走了邪路。大道虽然平坦,但人君却喜欢走邪径。朝政腐败已极,弄得农田荒芜,仓库十分空虚,而人君仍穿着锦绣的衣服,佩带着锋利的宝剑,饱餐精美的饮食,搜刮占有富余的财货,这就叫做强盗头子。这是多么无道啊!

Trump 的自传"Art of Deal"很有土豪风。 建议华人移民特别是做地产的,经常negotiate的,想创业的,都读一读。
基本上每个deal 都有多个律师配合, Trump自己也很清楚当地的地产法律,合同法,税法,金融,还有特别是城市州regulations; 每一个deal都充分的借助于税率漏洞和法规细节;谈判时间一言不合,就会威胁诉诸法庭,并有法律能力实施(姐姐是比较高级的法官,姐夫是名律师,各地各个专业床铺自己也有雇佣多个律师)。 很多商场人物传记都省略了法律律师方面的优势,转而归功于模糊的“天才”,“技术优势”,“管理思想”等概念, 他们的成功不可复制。 床铺喜欢夸张甚至有时候真真假假,但是他的夸张不同于其他商场精英道貌岸然精致化妆。 所以看他的"盗夸“自传还颇有耳目一新感。
